Valentines Day

 The boys' Valentine mailboxes.

 Marijuana

Every holiday we have this drink.  I decided to buy some and save it for a special night.  One Sunday we didn't go to my in-laws after church (much to the sadness of the boys) and I told them we could have something fun at the house.  Anthony pipes up "Can we have the marijuana?"  I look over at Diego like "What?"  I asked Anthony what he was talking about.  He again asked if we could have the marijuana I bought.  I had no clue what he was talking about.  He said "you know the one in the refrigerator? Like the one we have at Abuelitas?"  Then it dawned on me that he was talking about the sparkling cider.  We all had a good laugh on the way home.

Bingo!

 BINGO!

A couple weeks ago I went and played Bingo for the first time.  All I could think of was the episode of "Roseanne" where they go and play bingo and all the women have their troll dolls and good luck items lined up on their table. I was ready for action!

The place looks empty but it filled up.  We were the youngest people there!  People take Bingo serious.  They drop some serious cash on it too.   Many had special made bags to hold the ink dotters.  Many had several paper games and electronic games going at the same time.  Serious business!

I did get to yell "Bingo!" once and then 2 seconds later some guy behind me yelled it too.  Luckily it was only the two of us so we only had to cut the pay in half for that game.  But at least I got to yell "Bingo!"

Running Errands

Out running errands one Saturday.  Bringing the whole crew with me plus our adopted neighbor is always interesting.  Things heard along our trip:

Neighbor: Christian who sings this song?
Christian: Justin Timberlake
Neighbor: Nice..let's keep it that way.
(Christian was singing along to the radio)

"What's going on in the world today? We've got pollution & other crazy stuff."

"How can you not like Taco Bell?!!"

"How do you break up a band because of a girl?"

Good Times!

Pinewood Derby

Christian was the only one from the family to compete this year.
It went really well for him.
 He came in 3rd overall.
